Winner's of our Clean and Simple

Good morning everyone! I will start by apologizing for this post being late. Yesterday was a hectic and emotional day for me and I missed fulfilling my obligation to my team. I am sorry.

I love how you used mostly white to create such a delicious card. Your flowers are bright and just pop. The texture and score lines just add to the pop of your card Jann.

4 Crafty Chicks Get Clean and Simple!

Happy Thursday everyone! We sure have been having a lot of rain and cloudy, windy weather here in Alberta the past couple weeks! Although it is a blessing for all the wildfires we have going on in our province, it is getting out of hand as well....there are rivers flooding, towns on evacuation notices due to flooding, and I think we've had about enough now! I sure hope Summer comes and stays for a while - we'd love to see Mr. Sun for a few days in a row! LOL...

For this week's challenge, I (Lori), am the hostess-with-da-mostess, and my challenge to you is CLEAN and SIMPLE (no more than 2 layers). I know for me, I love, love, love the look of simple cards, but I find them extremely difficult to make. So...that is why I am issuing this challenge - I need ideas...and I *know* there are so many talented CAS stampers out there - so let's see 'em!

Hi Crafters! Are you ready for a new challenge from 4 Crafty Chicks? As I type this up it is looking very blah outside but it always cheers me to know that a new challenge is on it's way. This time of year can be hard on people with allergies, spring colds, sport injuries etc... and we all need a little cheer up. Sometimes I forget to make this kind of card so this is my challenge for you:

Are you ready for some inspiration, well here is my card. I used to have a teddy bear like this when I was little and hugged it so hard when I was sick. It was so much fun to color and I kept the card clean and simple. It is one that could be put together quickly.

Blooming Good Fun at the 4 Crafty Chicks!

Hello everyone!  Welcome back for a fun new challenge.  Thanks to everyone who played along with Leanne's Anniversary challenge last week - were you one of our Golden Egg winners?  If you haven't already checked it out, scroll down for yesterday's winners post...they were fabulous!

OK -so...it's June.  It's summer - kind of...  :)  What's the first thing you think about when you think about June and summer?  For me it's FLOWERS and lots of them!  This week, since I'm your hostess-with-the-mostest, I'd like to see your HANDMADE flowers!  There are oodles of tutorials out there on the web about how to use paper, ribbon, twine or fabric (or many other materials, for that matter!) to make beautiful flowers so start surfing to find one that fits you!
