Challenge # 250 {POLKA DOTS}

Good morning and welcome back to the hen house!  You guys sure had some great Graduation cards last week!  Congrats once again to the top picks!

This week I (Tina) get to play hostess and have decided on a pretty simple theme.POLKA DOTS. Pretty easy, right?
