Winner's of Snowflake Challenge #65

LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW!!! As I am typing up this post I am watching the biggest, fluffiest snowflakes I have ever seen. It is truly a beautiful sight.

Once again we are so proud to say that we have the most creative and inspirational entrants. Lori thew us out the challenge of SNOWFLAKES and again you all ROCKED IT! We had an awesome turnout this week with 140 creations. There was everything from gift boxes, bookmarks, tags, ornaments, gift jars and cards. So thank you all so much for sharing your amazing creations with us. After much struggle we have picked our TOP 3 and our PRIZE WINNER.



Stunning work of art! It is one that should be framed and put out every year! The layout, texture, sparkle, dimension and the way you colored the amazing image is just jaw dropping. It sure has WOW FACTOR.



Fantastic gift box, that gives so much inspiration with WOW FACTOR! The chocolates are just a perfect touch with the gorgeous snowflakes used. The WOJ image is stunning and cut out to perfection. Loving the texture, bling and the twine.

4CCC #65 - SNOWFLAKES!!

Happy Thursday and welcome back for another challenge brought to you by moi, Lori! For my challenge, I chose the theme "SNOWFLAKES." Last weekend, central Alberta got hit pretty good by A LOT of snowflakes...those I don't really care for as much as the cutesy-wootsy ones in the crafty world! Let's see 'em all you crafty PEEPS! Paper Piecing Winner's #64

Good evening! Today was a beautiful day and oh did I ever enjoy the sun and the above zero tempatures So this last week our challenge was to paper piece and boy did everyone break out their scissors. Each card/ornaments showed us once again just how much you all a love challenges and what a creative/talented group of followers we have. Thank you so much to all of you for sharing your inspiration with us alas, we could only pick three and here they are!



Colleen, we know you entered in the close up of your card but we loved the full effect of the easel card. It is so pretty. Incredible job paper piecing the couch with your one color of pattern paper. It looks amazing and real too! Great colors, layout and stunning image.

Break Out the Scissors This Week!

Good morning!! Here in central Alberta we are under a snow storm warning *UH OH*. I do believe winter is here *wink*. They are predicting 10-15 cm of snow by this afternoon or evening. So with the snow coming what a better time to let you all in on our next challenge. Your hostess this week is me *Tamie :) * I am so excited to share it with you! For this challenge I wanted to do something that would challenge me and to be honest I just don't us this technique very much...well really hardly ever...LOL. Winner's of Challenge #63 - Baby!!

Good very late evening! I am so sorry that this post took so long to get up and going today. Family matter's had me busy and unable to get to it. It was such a beautiful day here in Alberta, although sunny it was chilly and a little windy but oh did the beautiful yellow ball in the sky make up for it.

Thank you so much to everyone who played their incredible beautiful Baby cards this last week. Great inspiration was shared. It was another interesting week for picking our winners so here are the beautiful creations.


The image on your card is stunning. It reminded me of an Anne Geddes picture. Beautifully colored, great layout and stunning details on your easel card.

Look at your adorable Dino coming out of the egg. The pattern papers are so awesome and work so well with the image. Your coloring fabby, the layout is rockin and sentiment is just perfect.

I love the flags with the little girls name on it. The pattern paper goes so well with the image you used on your card. The flower adds to the pop. The scalloped edged card is awesome and adds an elegances of it.

Winner's of Challenge #62 - Die Cuts

WOW, WOW, WOW what a fantastic turn out that we had for our Die Cuts Challenge! DIE CUTS, DIE CUTS AND MORE DIE CUTS....we had 149 amazing, very inspirational creations that oh let me tell you had us 4 girls tied up in knots trying to pick just three. 4 Crafty Chicks is so lucky to have so many talented creators who join us each week. We applaud you for once again making our job so hard but one that we find so much joy in. Onto our fabulous winner's.

Challenge #62 Die Cuts

We are into the first week of November already, time flies by, it is my turn to host this weeks challenge.  I aka (Leanne)  thought we could used a switch with this challenge and use Die Cuts. Which means any form, punches, spellbinders, whimsy dies, my favorite thing dies, cricut, slice, etc. I chose to make a Christmas card, but you can make anything as long as we can see the die cuts on your project.
